Occupational Health & Safety, Human Resources and Quality Assurance
White and McAllister has a dedicated Human Resources (HR) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Manager and a Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator. We are working towards continuous improvement in HR, OHS and QA within our company, with a view to being an employer and contractor of choice within our industry.
Although a relatively small company, we appreciate that having excellent employee relationships, an accredited OHS Management System and QA procedure integrated throughout our company policies and procedures, are essential to achieving these goals.
